The Right Tools (& Ingredients) for the Job!

Thursday November 3, 2005
The holiday season is almost upon us. With this joyous time of year comes lots of cooking (and lots of eating!). For me, this is the busiest time of year. Parties, family get togethers, food baskets and gifts, cookies, candies, and cakes. Hours and hours spent in the kitchen. Having the right tools makes my life a little easier and having the best ingredients makes things taste all the better. To find the right tools, cookware, and bakeware, I've compiled a list of some of my favorite kitchen stores. Shopping online has certainly made things simpler for me when it comes to gourmet ingredients. Hard to find specialty ingredients and high quality foods are now easily accessible with the push of a button. Whether you're looking for pomegranate molasses, fresh vanilla beans, Belgian chocolates, Virginia hams, or whole pumpkin pies, you can find them at one of my favorite gourmet shops.
