February Culinary Events

February is a huge month for culinary events with two of the biggest extravaganzas of the year: The Masters of Food & Wine in Carmel, CA and the South Beach Food & Wine Festival in Miami, FL. Attending celebrity chefs include Ferran Adria (best chef in the world?), Anthony Bourdain, Paula Deen, Giada de Laurentiis, Todd English, Tyler Florence, Bobby Flay, Dean Fearing, Thomas Keller, Gray Kunz, Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck, Rachael Ray, Michel Roux, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Charlie Trotter, Daniel Boulud, and many more.
