Finding great seafood can be more difficult than the actual cooking itself. If you live far from the ocean or in a small town, your choices can be very limited. Luckily, with modern shipping and online shopping, high quality seafood is available to everyone. One word of caution with buying seafood online, check shipping costs. Overnight shipping can be very expensive, especially when half your package is ice. But if you're looking for some great seafood, here are the companies I recommend.

Never before has there been such and outcry for “clean food” to be on our table!
We have the technology, the research has been done, and now we are gaining the support of Whole Foods Stores and other world market food providers in an effort to get “clean foods” to the table.
If aquaculture production is not embraced by everyone – and fast- and our ocean’s bounty of seafood continues to diminish, that literally translates into hundreds of millions of people worldwide who will not have a source of protein in their diet AT ALL!
It goes beyond just going to bed hungry. It’s just that important!
