Deep Fried Live! with Tako the Octopus

Looking for some culinary entertainment? Check out Rob DeBorde's & Dave O'Neal's 8Legged website. The website's show, Deep Fried Live! plays in the form of a cartoon but will give you a wealth of information about cooking seafood while making you laugh. The show includes a lot of cooking science (DeBorde is a writer for Alton Brown's Good Eats), but you will also get a lot of practical cooking tips and recipes. DeBorde is also the author of the recently released book, Fish on a First-Name Basis: How Fish Is Caught, Bought, Cleaned, Cooked, and Eaten (St. Martin's Press 2006).
