What do you serve the Prime Minister of Italy when he comes over for dinner? Last Monday Prime Minister Berlusconi celebrated Columbus Day with the Bush's. White House Executive Chef Cristeta Comerford and Pastry Chef William Yosses came up with a menu that was distinctly American including the wines served from California and Oregon.
