Bread pudding is a wonderful dessert to serve anytime of the year - rich, flaky brioche bread is baked with a delicious mixture of pureed pumpkin, cream, maple syrup, walnuts and cranberries. If you can, use fresh sugar pumpkins (it only takes about an hour to bake), but canned pumpkin will work just fine.
