Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 Large Egg Yolks
- 5 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 Cups Extra-Virgin Olive Oil or Canola (or a combination)
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
In a large bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and garlic. (You can also do this in a food processor, if you prefer.)Slowly add the oil, a few drops at a time, until the mixture begins to thicken. Now add the remaining oil in a thin drizzle.
After all of the oil has been incorporated, add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
