Ingredients:
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup ginger root, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick, 3-inches
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients into a medium pot. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Stir until the sugar completely dissolves.Cover and let steep for 1 hour. Strain into another container. Refrigerate until needed.
