Jill Davie is Chef de Cuisine and founding member of Josie in Santa Monica (one of L.A.'s best restaurants). Before coming to Josie, Chef Jill worked at LuLu's (Jody Denton and Reed Hearon) in San Francisco and as Chef de Cuisine for Hans Rockenwagner. Chef Jill is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz and the Culinary Institute of America (where she was named a Top Ten Student of the Year).
Signature dish = Wild Mushroom Sandwich.
