Michelle Mah

30-year-old Michelle Mah is the executive chef of the San Francisco restaurant Ponzu. A master of French-California brasserie cuisine, Chef Michelle loves to cook Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, and Korean. Ponzu's menu reflects these pan-Asian influences. Korean-born Mah is a graduate of UC San Diego and the California Culinary Academy.
