Most people know Rocco DiSpirito (Bio) from his disasterous television venture The Restaurant, which recorded the rise and fall of Rocco's 22nd Street. Despite some bad press, Rocco is still a very talented chef (Rocco opened Union Pacific in 1997) and we can expect to see him cooking again in the very near future (probably on television).
Rocco was born in 1966 and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
