How to Make Crepes - Step 1

You don't need a special pan to make crepes, a small nonstick pan (about 8" diameter) will work just fine.

First make the batter:

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted

Whisk everything in a bowl until smooth. The batter will be watery.

Heat up a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.

Using a ladle, pour a few tablespoons of batter onto the center of the pan.
