You want to be a chef. Being a chef is hard work, so be prepared. Do your homework. There are basically two ways to become a chef: start at the bottom and work your way up in the kitchen or go to culinary school, start at the bottom, and work your way up in the kitchen. A culinary degree from a good school will certainly help you become a better cook but you can only become a great chef with hard work, discipline, and passion.
