Watermelon Sorbet

Quick and easy, watermelon sorbet is a refreshing summer treat that everyone will love.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 2 1/2- to 3-pound watermelon, seeds and skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped mint
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

Makes 1 quart.

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree for 2 minutes.

Chill mixture in fridge for at least two hours.

Freeze mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
