This cocktail recipe for a Mexican Riviera combines the fruitiness of peaches and champagne with tequila.

- 1 1/2 ounces Cazadores Blanco Tequila
- 1 ounce Domaine Chandon Sparkling Wine
- 1 ounce sour mix
- 2 tablespoons peach purée
- peach slice
In an ice-filled mixing glass, combine Cazadores, sour mix and peach purée. Shake and strain into a Martini glass. Top off with sparkling wine and garnish with a peach slice.
