This delicious strawberry-based cocktail was created by Chef Cedric Tovar of the Peacock Alley Restaurant inside the Waldorf=Astoria Hotel in New York City.

Ingredients:
- 2 ounces fresh Strawberry Juice
- 2 ounces Belvedere Vodka
- 3 Mint Leaves
- 3 Black Peppercorns
- 1 Lime Zest
- 5 drops of Lime Juice
Preparation:
Crush the pepper with mint in a glass with a pilon. Combine all the ingredients in a glass with ice cubes and shake well. Pour in the glass and garnish with a slice of strawberry.
