What's inside: DEAN & DELUCA Cheddar Round, Molinari Toscano Salami, Edwards Berkshire Surryano-style Ham, DEAN & DELUCA Single Origin Truffles, Bella Viva Dried Fruit, DEAN & DELUCA Mesquite & Stout Ale Mustard, East Shore Specialty Dipping Pretzels, Fig Jam, Roasted & Salted Mixed Nuts, DEAN & DELUCA Medium Roast House Blend Coffee, DEAN & DELUCA Butter Caramels, Whole Wheat Crackers and a tin of DEAN & DELUCA Earl Grey Tea. $150.

3. L.A. Burdick Chocolate Christmas Basket with Coverlet

A beautiful gift basket from one of my favorite chocolate makers - L.A. Burdick. What's included: a wood box of chocolate penguins, a 4-pack of chocolate mice, a 4oz bag of Burdick's famous hot chocolate with a whisk, a bag of chocolate-dipped fruit, a large favor assortment and a silver-plated bonbonniere filled with caramelized chocolate covered nuts, a live ivy plant, and a colorful coverlet, hand-sewn by a local artisan. $100.

4. Smoked Salmon and Caviar

Russ & Daughters is one of the best companies in America to find quality caviar and smoked fish products. What's inside: Scottish Salmon paired perfectly with Wild Alaskan Salmon Roe and Wasabi Infused Flying Fish Roe. Also included: Crème Fraîche, handmade Russian Blini, and Caviar Toasts. Enough for 6-8 servings. $109.00

5. Chef's Gift Basket of Mushrooms from Earthy Delights

Here is a wonderful assortment of fresh wild mushroom from Northern California. Each hand-woven basket contains a total of two pounds of baby blue oyster, clamshell, trumpet royale, shiitake and cinnamon cap mushrooms. $65.00

6. Tasting for Two--Pate from Di Bruno Bros.

Pate, cheese, and all the accompaniments. Yum! This delicious set starts off with an 5-6 oz piece of Country Pate, a delicious blend of pork meat and pork liver, spiced with just the right amount of black peppercorn. To compliment the flavors of the pate, they include an 8 oz piece of Jasper Hill Farm's Bayley Hazen Blue from Vermont and an 8 oz piece of Cypress Grove's Truffle Tremor, a black truffle studded goat cheese from the producers of Humboldt Fog.

Serve these on the included petit toasts and paired with preserved baby Walnuts from Harvest Song. Perfect for a small meal for two or appetizers at a gathering of friends or family. $49.99

7. Sorrento Lemon Panettone

Unlike the traditional panettones that are studded with raisins and candied citrus, this panettone is made with lightly candied Sorrento lemons. Light and buttery, soft in texture, it will "melt in your mouth, and the aroma and flavor of the Sorrento lemon will drive you to distraction". Serve it with some espresso or Vin Santo, and Buon Natale. The cakes are placed in transparent cello bags to ensure that the quality is maintained and then they are wrapped by hand, a process that only adds to their visual appeal. The Panettone are then stored for two weeks to let them mature, completing a ripening process that allows all of the flavor to reach their peak and harmonize with one another. $39.

8. Epicurean Peppers of the World

All pepper is not the same! The Epicurean collection contains 12 exotic varieties of pepper from all over the world - Muntok, Malabar, Tellicherry, Jamaican, Moula, Sarawak White, Green Peppercorns, Pink Peppercorns, Long Pepper, Cubeb Berries, Aleppo Pepper and Grains of Paradise. There are suggestions inside for pairing the peppers with food. $65.00

9. Zabar's NYC Essentials Basket

Here's a great assortment of New York comfort foods: salmon, bagels and cream cheese, delicious pastries and coffee! What's inside: Zabar' Nova Smoked Salmon, Zabar's Scotch Style Salmon, plain and scallion cream cheese, assorted fresh baked New York bagels, chocolate babka, Almondina biscuits, cinnamon rugelach, a Zabar's chocolate bar, a pound of Zabar's Blend ground coffee, a coffee scoop and a brochure on brewing the perfect cup of coffee. $198.00

10. Big Island Bee Honeys In Pandan Box

This is a lovely assortment of artisan honeys from Hawaii. Includes 4 distinctive honeys:

Christmasberry Blossom honey comes from the Christmasberry tree - also known as Wilelaika. The honey is a light amber with a sweet slightly spicy flavor.

'Ohi'a Lehua Blossom honey is made from the blossom of the native 'Ohi'a tree. Very rare, this honey is prized by connoisseurs for its light, delicate flavor and creamy texture.

Macadamia Blossom honey has a rich, velvety feel with a sweet, slightly nutty flavor.

Early Autumn Harvest Honey. Its flavor is more floral than the Lehua, and brighter than the Wilelaiki, and has similarities both to New Zealand meadow Honey and Provence Wild flower Honey. $45.95
