A record 2,257 entries for the 2010 sofi™ Awards were whittled down to 140 sofi™ Silver Finalists by a national panel of expert judges during 5 days of judging at the NASFT headquarters in New York. Over 200 specialty food buyers at the NASFT Summer Fancy Food Show weighed in to select the winners of the prestigious 2010 sofi™ Gold Awards.
