What does gourmet food mean? It all depends on who you are and what country you're standing in. If you happen to be chef and food writer Andrew Zimmern of the Travel Channel's Bizarre Foods, you're idea of gourmet food differs from most of us. Zimmern journeys around the world sampling some of the local delicacies, the weirder the better, most of which are truly disgusting to us. To Zimmern's credit, though, dining on the regional specialities of a country is one sure way to immerse yourself in the local customs. Season 2 begins Tuesday, March 4 with Andrew travelling to Iceland, Russia, Guangzhou, Beijing, Bolivia, Chile, and his home state of Minnesota.
