2007 Grammy Celebration Menu

or How to Eat Like a Rock Star

By Brett Moore, About.com

Along Came Mary Productions (ACM), a well known event producer in L.A. and one of the country's top caterers, was responsible for the 49th Grammy Celebration, the music industries biggest night. The event's menu featured exquisite food stations featuring a variety of international cuisine.

Playing the music industries' better side, local non-profit food distribution service Angel Harvest took the unserved leftover food from the celebration and delivered it to area soup kitchens and shelters in Los Angeles. (They also do the Oscars.) Since 1995, Angel Harvest has picked up enough food for 7 1/2 million meals!
