The New American Cooking

The International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) is a non-profit professional association with over 4,000 members in 35 countries. The IACP supports continuing education of its members who are involved in every aspect of the food industry. The prestigious IACP awards are given each year to cookbook writers, journalists, and other food professionals that have impacted the industry.

The IACP Cookbook Awards, also known as the Julia Child Awards, are open to any cookbook published in English. The submissions, received from all over the world, are judged by an independent panel of 36 food and beverage professionals.

The Bert Greene Awards are presented annually by the IACP to recognize excellence in food journalism.
