Jamie Oliver's Dinner Menu for the G-20 Summit in London

World leaders of the G-20 meeting in London this week will be treated Wednesday night to a meal prepared by Chef Jamie Oliver and assistants from his restaurant, Fifteen. Oliver plans to showcase modern British cuisine with organic salmon, slow roasted lamb and a selection of local seasonal vegetables.

G-20 Dinner Menu

Starter

Organic salmon from Shetland, served with samphire ( the salty stalks are also called glasswort or sea pickle) and sea kale, a selection of vegetables from Sussex, Surrey and Kent, and Irish soda bread.

Goat's cheese starter (Vegetarian)

Main course

Slow-roasted shoulder of lamb from the Elwy Valley in north Wales, with Jersey Royal potatoes, wild mushrooms and mint sauce.

Lovage and potato dumplings for the main course (Vegetarian)

Dessert

Bakewell tart and custard (a traditional English dessert tart crust with almonds and jam filling).
