For the 16th consecutive year, Chef Wolfgang Puck (Spago's) oversees the menu of the official post-Academy Awards party, the Governors Ball. Some 1,500 guests of the 81th Oscars will be seated for the delicious menu created by Puck, pastry chef Sherry Yard, and the rest of his team.
