Their new cookbook of the same name brings their wonderful regional Mexican cuisine into the home kitchen. Wonderful authentic recipes like Sweet Tamale with Fresh Corn & Pineapple, Sopa Tortilla, Long-Cooked Green Beans with Chorizo, Halibut Cheeks Veracruzano, Crème Fraîche Cake with Blackberries, Cinnamon, & Pecans, and Slow-Roasted Lamb in Banana Leaves with Ancho-Guajillo Chile Sauce.
