Chanterelle is one of New York City's greatest and most popular restaurants. Chanterelle's Pastry Chef, Kate Zuckerman, has created another wonderful treat with her new cookbook The Sweet Life. Kate is an amazing pastry chef and was named one of the ten best in America by Pastry Art & Design magazine in 2005.
The Sweet Life is very well written with detailed instructions making it easy for the home cook to create gourmet restaurant desserts. The recipes may be more challenging than typical dessert cookbooks but the results will be spectacular and are sure to impress your guests or family.
