The Chopping Block with Marco Pierre White

Legendary Michelin-star chef Marco Pierre White stars in this cooking competition that pits eight couples against each other for the grand prize of $250,000. The Chopping Block will reveal the behind scene madness of opening a restaurant, or in this case two restaurants. Four teams will be assigned to each restaurant and given a list of tasks to accomplish in a week, including designing a menu, design and remodel of the space, and creating publicity before opening night.

Both restaurants will open at the same time under the watchful eyes of noted food critics. After the reviews, Chef Marco will send one couple packing. The Chopping Block premieres Wednesday, March 11 on NBC.
