Ten of Spain's most prominent chefs - Ferran Adrià, Paco Torreblanca, Juan Mari Arzak, Martin Berasategui, Alberto Chicote, Quique Dacosta, Daniel García, Enrique Martínez, Joan Roca, and Paco Roncero - came together last October in New York City to celebrate the opening of the International Culinary Center, the new home of the French Culinary Institute. Spain is currently an international hot spot for both culinary innovation and the revival of traditional cooking methods.
