In Anthony Bourdain's newest book, The Nasty Bits, Tony provides more colorful commentary on his culinary travels and adventures. Definitely not his best work, but if you like Chef Bourdain, this is still an enjoyable read. The author of Kitchen Confidential is a foe of the celebrity chef craze and loves to bad-mouth its pretentiousness. Not for the faint of heart. Good fun.
