Gail Simmons is a judge on Top Chef. She has been with Food & Wine Magazine since 2004 and is in charge of special projects (chef-related events and programs) including overseeing the annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. Gail graduated summa cum laude from McGill University in Montreal and received culinary training at what is now the Institute of Culinary Education in New York. She lives in New York City with her husband.
