Flavor/Texture: Little flavor but absorb whatever flavor they are cooked with. Some say seafood flavor when cooked in butter. Excellent texture like tender meat.
Cooking tips: Sauteed in butter and garlic. Brushed with butter and baked. Tempura. Shredded and added to pasta. Not particularly best with seafood, fish, or white meat.
