Masterchef Zhang Jin Jie (also known as Jin R) is the owner and chef of the classic-modern Green T. House, Beijing, China. Jin R is China's only female masterchef. She is also a classical musician, artist, and calligrapher. Jin R plays the yang qin (Chinese dulcimer) and gu zheng (Chinese table harp).
